Stories of transformation
Frequently
Asked Questions
Stories of transformation
Q1: How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something needs to change—but you’re not sure how to move forward—that’s when therapy can help. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to the process.
Q2: How long is each session?
Each session is 60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
Q3: How much does it cost?
Without insurance, therapy sessions typically range from $120 to $180, depending on factors such as session frequency and individual circumstances. Please note that fees may change from time to time.
Q4: Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! I use a secure, compliant platform for all online sessions. Many clients find online therapy just as effective—and far more convenient.
Q5: What's your therapeutic approach?
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we explore patterns in thoughts, feelings, and relationships that influence your experiences. In counselling, this helps you understand yourself better and find new ways to cope. In supervision, it supports reflection on your work with clients and your professional growth—all in a supportive, collaborative space.
