Adolescent Counselling
Adolescents often experience the world in ways that are deeply personal — and sometimes difficult to explain.
In my sessions, I offer a calm and supportive space where teenagers can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without feeling judged or pressured. Adolescence can be a time of change, identity exploration, and emotional intensity, and having a safe place to talk can make a meaningful difference.
Together, we explore challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, self-esteem, friendships, family relationships, and the pressures of school and social expectations. The work is always guided by the young person’s pace, helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy ways of coping with life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a warm and respectful environment where adolescents feel heard, valued, and supported — a space where they can reflect, grow, and develop a stronger sense of who they are.

Complete Your Agreement
Before your first session, please take time to read and complete your agreement. You can sign it electronically, or if that feels easier:
• Print, sign, and return it by email
• Bring a signed copy with you to your in-person session
• Sign a copy together at the beginning of your appointment if needed
Attend Your Session
We’ll meet in a supportive and confidential space, either online or in person depending on what you’ve chosen.
