Couples Counselling
Couples often experience moments when communication becomes difficult and understanding one another feels challenging. Relationships can bring both deep connection and complex emotions.
In my sessions, I offer a calm and supportive space where partners can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement or blame. Relationship challenges can arise from stress, life transitions, communication difficulties, or emotional distance, and having a safe place to talk can help create new understanding.
Together, we explore patterns of communication, emotional needs, and the dynamics within the relationship. The goal is not to assign blame, but to help both partners feel heard, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of connecting and supporting one another.
My aim is to create a respectful and balanced environment where couples can reflect, strengthen their relationship, and move forward with greater understanding, empathy, and connection.

2. Receive Your Confirmation Email
You’ll receive an email with your session details and your agreement to read before we meet.
3. Complete Your Agreement
Before your first session, please take time to read and complete your agreement. You can sign it electronically, or if that feels easier:
• Print, sign, and return it by email
• Bring a signed copy with you to your in-person session
• Sign a copy together at the beginning of your appointment if needed

We’ll meet in a supportive and confidential space, either online or in person depending on what you’ve chosen.
